“This was such a satisfying read. The opening was terrific and pulled me right in. I must admit, at first, I was a little disappointed to know, right off the bat, that the killer was a woman. I like to not know and try to guess as I continue reading. But you made up for it by putting her in with a group of people where I didn’t know who the killer was. Your characters were very true to life. There were no clichés or tired tropes. You also have a gift for keeping the tension and pacing in your narrative. It made me want to turn the pages to find out what happens next. It’s not easy to pull a reader in emotionally, but you managed to do that. I found myself getting so frustrated when Mike and Michelle were trying to convince Keller to take the death of Shirley seriously. I actually had to put the book down for a moment because I got so frustrated with him! That’s a sign of excellent writing. Great job! I look forward to reading more of your work.“
